Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BuildPlan AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal or commercial use. This license does not include:

Reselling or sublicensing the Service
Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code
Interfering with the Service's security or functionality

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuildPlan AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BuildPlan AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

BuildPlan AI operates a daily-report SMS line (the “Field Chat Service”) that allows construction foremen to text in daily field reports and receive automated replies, confirmations, and follow-up prompts.

By texting our daily-report number you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from BuildPlan AI related to your active projects, including report confirmations, missing-information prompts, and account notifications.

Message frequency varies based on project activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

You can text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You can text HELP for assistance, or contact support@buildplanai.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information collected through the Field Chat Service (your phone number and message content) will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
